  • ¾ cup water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Sesame seeds, flax seeds, or poppy seeds (optional)

Make it

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin sheet.
  4. Transfer the sheets onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle seeds on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  7. Break into pieces and serve.
