Make it
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin sheet.
- Transfer the sheets onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Break into pieces and serve.
