Ingredients

  • 2-3 oranges, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup sugar

Make it

  1. Dehydrate the Oranges:
    • Set your air fryer to 70°C for 7 hours. Dehydrate slices for 3-4 hours, checking occasionally.
  2. Make the Syrup:
    • Boil 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until slightly thickened (5-7 minutes).
  3. Candy the Slices:
    • Dip semi – dehydrated slices in the hot syrup, then return to the air fryer to finish dehydrating for the remaining time.
  4. Cool and Store:
    • Let cool completely and store in an airtight container – theyr’e both delicious and beautiful!.
